HOW TO USE:
Run a full bath, slightly cooler than your usual temperature.
Add 1/3 of the contents of the box to your full bath, swirl to dissolve.
Enjoy the essential oil aroma.
Once dissolved, get in and soak for at least 20 mins.
When you get out, gently pat yourself dry. Put on warm comfortable clothes and lie down comfortably for 15-20 mins. Have an early night.
