Y Tŷ Gwyrdd has been created to offer an inclusive and welcoming space for the local community, to celebrate and promote the inspiring people and enterprises in Denbigh and the surrounding area, and to help reduce the communities’ impact on the environment by offering affordable and accessible zero-waste options and opportunities to facilitate a circular economy.

‘Through living, volunteering, and working in the area I have been inspired by the creativity and friendliness of the local community. I would like to join the movement in making a positive contribution and driving change for the people that live and work here. This combined with my love of the outdoors and protecting our environment motivated me to establish Y Tŷ Gwyrdd, a new social enterprise in Denbigh.
Over the years I have researched and tested environmentally friendly products for personal use.  There is strong evidence to show there is an increase in awareness and a growing appetite in support of reducing our impact on the environment and protecting the natural world around us.  To drive progression, I believe there needs to be more options available at affordable prices, and more opportunities to facilitate a circular economy.’ Y Tŷ Gwyrdd Founder, Marguerite Pearce.
