Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Items on our website are available for collection from our shop or by first class post to addresses within the UK.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of the date of your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Returning your product because you changed your mind 

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase please return it unused and in it's original condition (including all labels and tags intact e.g. we could resell the item at full price) with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.

Please be aware that your refund will only be processed once the item has been returned to us and checked over by one of the team; this can take up to 7 working days.

Returning a faulty item


If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. 

In accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, after 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product.

For online and telephone purchases, we'll refund the standard delivery charge if the full order is returned within 14 days.
