Finest single estate, full leaf, Indian teas from two separate tea growing regions of India, Assam and Nilgiri and blended them with a top-quality Ceylon. The result is a truly memorable breakfast tea, which packs bags of flavour and makes for either a great start to the day or as a pick-me-up at any time.

This tea has been named after the stunning Brecon Beacons found in the south of the country.

Ingredients: Assam, Nilgiri, Ceylon black teas

To brew: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour in the boiling water, cover and let steep for 2-5 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). For drinking without milk a shorter brewing time is recommended. The tea is also ideal for serving iced with lemon and sugar to taste.

*(based on 3g per serving, infused twice).

Brewing: Use one heaped tsp per person in a warmed pot and add freshly drawn boiling water. Brew for 3-4 minutes according to taste. Drink with or without milk and sugar.
