The finest full-leaf teas from Assam and Darjeeling tea gardens in north-east India are used and blended with a high grown tea from the Kenyan highland. The result is a strong, robust brew that is excellent with or without milk.
To brew: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 teaspoon of tea for each cup into the teapot. Pour in the boiling water, cover and let steep for 2-4 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea). For drinking without milk a shorter brewing time is recommended. The tea is also ideal for serving iced with lemon and sugar to taste.

Pembrokeshire Premium loose leaf tea (strong black tea blend)
Elizabeth & Barry Chantler and have been enthusiastic about loose leaf tea for years.
They have travelled the world visiting tea plantations in India, Sri Lanka, China and South-East Asia and attending tea ceremonies in Hong Kong and Malaysia. They only sell teas that they would drink, and they only like the best! They are also passionate about a fairer world marketplace, one in which everybody benefits, and they are as fussy about the source as much as the teas themselves.
Tea is good for you, it has benefits both for the body as well as the mind, and the better the tea the more beneficial it becomes. They believe that we have a nation of t-bag drinkers who are missing out on an enlivening and new experience (there are over 10,000 different types of loose leaf tea!).
Their aim is to make fine loose leaf tea locally available and to convert as many people as they can, to share this exciting and rewarding world.
