Turmeric and ginger have been used medicinally for centuries and are good ways to boost health and immunity. They also make a tasty herbal drink. These flavours have been accenuated with cinnamon and fennel together with a small sprinkling of black pepper which is known for enhancing the properties of turmeric.
Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, fennel, and black pepper.
To brew, place one heaped teaspoon of turmeric and ginger per person into a warmed pot or Mug Infuser and add fresh boiling water. Allow to steep for 5 minutes, or longer if a strong infusion is required, then strain into mugs
